Launcher doesn't work!

After I've updated my game after migration the launcher doesn't work anymore, i can't press the Play button to start the game.
If this is a known problem then please can you point me to a solution? Thanks in advance! :)

Yeah i saw that and i wanted to try it, but i do not have the main.xml file there...
So what should i do?
Note that i had Allods installed when the migration happened... I've transferred my account as it asked and updated my existing launcher to the latest. But I'm not sure am i maybe missing something that comes with the My.com version of installation or?

If you did not download the version from our site / using the launcher then some of the server information/other files may be wrong or missing.

try downloading the launcher from http://en.allods.com/download and re-installing it from there.
